How are we all this week?? London Fashion Week is rapidly approaching which starts from Friday 12th September – Tuesday 16th September 2014!! Until then, I think it’s wise to invest in some key fashion pieces to ensure we all look fabulous during London Fashion Week. Style Icon is a massive fan of accessories!! No outfit is complete without them which could be a statement necklace, a belt or a hat!! During Paris Haute Couture Week, on behalf of FBC Universal Networks and their celebrity client base Style Icon attended a fashion show presented by VASKOLG!! This show was one of a kind in that the models showcased amazing necklaces. The back drop was very simple as were the models who wore a plain cream ensemble. This allowed the jewellery to stand out with ease and elegance!! Style Icon was amazed at the craftsmanship displayed through each piece!! That is exactly what jewellery designer Olga Kiwerski does, “focuses on craftsmanship and high-end expertise” to execute the sculptural elements of VASKOLG jewellery!! The name of this collection is the “New Eye” which tells the story of Olga’s Indian journey rich in colour and creative expression hence the colour palette of this jewellery collection. Style Icon noticed euphoric notes of gold and silver thread, yellow, red, and feathered textures juxtaposed against neutral tones of white, cream, and textures of ceramic and precious wood.
