What a great way to spend a beautiful summer’s evening!! The Serpertine gallery is located in Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, and home to various modern and contemporary art. With temperatures soaring, how much hotter could it get with so much glamour at the party of the summer!! Naomi Campbell looked hot in a red Givenchy dress! Wow!! She is stunning! I love seeing how fashion reinvents itself through different eras. Think back to The Supremes who were vivacious in style and attitude. Founded as the Primettes in Detroit, Michigan, in 1969, the Supremes were the most commercially successful of Motown’s acts! We see glimpses of their style on the Givenchy runway to the streets in Hyde Park!! Coco Chanel was so right in saying that “fashion fades but only style remains the same…” Fashion does have a tendency to fade in and out indeed showcasing different trends. However, Style Icon firmly believes that having an innate style enables you to be creative with fashion and make it your own!! This way, fashion becomes timeless!!
